Peers is a free add-on for

Mozilla Firefox that shows searches done in Google and Yahoo. When the user does a search with these two search engines, the program verifies and reports on the results that coincide with the keywords (even without needing to access the search engine page).

Peers shows the results below, in the Firefox search bar (for this it`s necessary to put the mouse over it after writing the word). The program comes with some options deactivated, like opening the results in a new tab, the number of results shown, choose which to show first, etc.

If you like these options, you can configure them in Tools/Complements/Options.

Peers even operates with Mozilla Firefox 3.0.
